In rare cases, additional shipping may be required for full size rolls or international shipments due to the bulky nature of our fabrics. We will contact you if additional shipping charges apply prior to completing your order. If you decide to cancel your order due to the extra shipping cost, there will be no restocking fees and you will get a full refund for the order.
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost. It will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
1 to 3 days. We're open Monday thru Friday 10am to 5pm, Eastern Time Zone.
Every order we receive is custom picked, cut and packed neatly especially for you. Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to unforeseen inventory shortages or other factors out of our control.
Many of our fabrics are bulky in nature and oversize in length. With the new dimensional weight changes by UPS and FedEx in 2015 & USPS in 2017, all shipments are quoted by dimensional weight.
Previously only oversize shipments were quoted by dimensional weight. Thus, certain fabrics previously not carrying a higher shipping cost may now cost more to ship.
Yes, we do ship to APO boxes. However, sometimes USPS doesn't always give us accurate shipping rates or in some cases no rates. To help you proceed forward with the order, we've added a new shipping option:
Military Mail - Request a Shipping Quote - US $5.00
The way this works is that once you place the order online, we will go ahead and pack up your order, get the best shipping rate via USPS and give you call to collect the balance shipping amount. Don't worry, the $5 will be applied towards the shipping amount.
Package Shipping Insurance insures the packages from any damages that may occur during shipping. It doesn't cover packages lost during transit or returned packages due to any reasons.
FedEx SmartPost and UPS SurePost are low-cost shipping options by which the package is carried across the country via FedEx or UPS, and then handed off to the U.S. Postal Service for the last mile or so.
The final package will be delivered by the local post office. It can take shipments anywhere from 8 to 14 business days to be delivered using this option.
From our experience, we've usually seen a 1-3 day delay in Priority Mail packages. Here is a small disclaimer from the U.S Postal Service regarding Priority Mail:
In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee* USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day shipments are not guaranteed to arrive on the scheduled delivery date.
